Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria may be headed to defecting from the wing ardently supporting Deputy President William Ruto's candidature for the August poll's if his latest remarks are anything to go by.

The vocal politician has now warned Ruto over the possibility of him being on the opposition for what he termed as disrespecting other parties.

In a late-night post, Kuria hilariously stated that the August polls will have just two political parties- Parties that will respect other parties and parties that will form the opposition.

"n the forthcoming elections, there will only be two categories of political parties- Parties that will respect other parties and parties that will form the opposition. Chambilecho Wahenga, mwenye macho haambiwi tazama," Kuria stated.

A month ago,  the Gatundu lawmaker had said that he had been reduced to a public political commentator, adding that he had not picked a side yet.

“It is over for me and Jubilee. I will walk away from it officially on February 9 next year. For now, I am focused on helping people win elections,” Kuria said.

He also said that he would prefer working with Ruto (his longtime political friend), but he says the circumstances cannot allow him.

“I am not boarding in terms of folding parties. It has been tested and it failed terribly. Forming one party does not end well,” Kuria had said then.
