Museveni Reveals Why He Isn't Happy With KTN's Kivumbi Program.

The new president of the republic of kenya Wiliam Samoei Ruto was sworn in on Tuesday in an event which was attended by 20 heads of states and representatives of governments.

Before a packed Kasarani stadium, Ruto took the oath of office promising to protect the constitution and uphold the rule of law.

Afterwards, the new commander in chief of the armed forces was welcomed to give his inaugural speech but before that, he welcomed some heads of states to give their remarks.

The first one to speak was Uganda's strongman yoweri kaguta Museveni whom he referred to as east Africa's elder Statesman.

When he rose to speak, kaguta said although he hasn't read the manifestos of azimio and Kenya kwanza, he knows Ruto as a man who likes ideas and Frank speech.

"I have not read the manifesto of Kenya Kwanza nor the Azimio one. But I know H.E. President Ruto and I know he likes ideas and frank speech", said kaguta.

He said there is need for governments to emphasize on wealth creation which leads to job creation.

As a man fond of regional integration, Museveni took a swipe at Kenya's media stations especially KTN for only airing programs promoting Kenya and not east African integration.

His speech elicited reactions online with some netizens hailing it as a great Speech while others dismissed him.

Below are the screenshots of the reactions online.
