Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino, has now cautioned Kenyans urging them to prepare for tough times under President William Ruto's regime.
Speaking today during an event rally in Kamukunji Grounds Nairobi, the vocal ODM legislator said that with the way the Head of State was driving the country, he's probably heading it to autocratic rule.
According to Owino, President Ruto's move to capture all independent institutions including IEBC, Judiciary, National Assembly and the Office of Directorate of Public Prosecution, clearly shows that there is dictatorship in the country.
"We have dictatorship now in the country because the president has already captured the Judiciary, National Assembly and the Office of Directorate of Public Prosecutions,” exclaimed Owino.
He further warned Kenyans against repaying back the recently launched Hustler Fund saying that during the campaigns, William Ruto promised to give out the funds as grants and not loans as currently seen.
