The 2022 general election is quickly gaining momentum as various aspirants making their enroutes in different parts of the country as they seek for political mandate from their loyal supporters.

Nonetheless, the supremacy battle for the top country's seat is greatly anchored on two horses, namely; the deputy president William Ruto and Raila Odinga.

As far as political dynamics is concerned, both of them (Raila and Ruto) greatly enjoys massive support from their supporters, however, Odinga's chances of overtaking deputy Ruto in the general poll is high if at all he utilized his well known traditional strongholds.

Talking of Coastal region, so far they haven't field any presidential aspirant and it's top leadership are overwhelmingly rallying behind Raila Odinga, it will be upon the ODM leader to consolidately build a solid political base in the region, so as to stop his opponents from splitting votes in the zone.

In central region, there are presidential aspirants though not very vibrant, earlier on the Dp Ruto seemed to be enjoying the full backing of the region since there was no strong candidate to compete against, however, Odinga's factor changed everything as he makes his enroutes to central region, besides his engagement with strong leaders from the region such, Lee Kinyanjui, Martha Karua and Peter Kenneth who will eventually add some flavor to his presidential bid.
