The Deputy President William Ruto has completely considered Raila's allegations on the cash donations he (Ruto) gives out to the common Mwananchi as rubbish. Ruto rather states that his support to the wananchi comes with the knowledge of the needs of the Kenyans which according to him, his rival Raila does not understand.
Ruto went ahead to relate his kindness with the social background and the environment in which he has been brought up. The Deputy President further added that Raila Odinga does not give out because he has not been in the same position as the low class society hence shouldn't question more of his (Ruto) actions because Ruto himself had once been in the position.
All these comes after the ODM party leader Raila Odinga accused the Deputy President on siphoning the public resources while addressing a crowd of his supporters yesterday at Kehancha in Migori county. Odinga stated that Ruto's salary is not equivalent to the amount he dishes out monthly in form of giving out supports to the needy.
