On Wednesday 17, incumbent Deputy President and President-elect Dr William Ruto chaired the inaugural caucus of elected Kenya Kwanza Governors, Senators, Women Representatives and Members of the National Assembly at his Karen residence in Nairobi County.
It is through this context, the Dp left Kenyans in mixed emotions after he took to Facebook and shared a photo of history-making Bomet County Women Rep-elect Linet Chepkorir alias 'Toto' as he shared photos that were captured during the occasion.
According to the photo, the youthful Women Rep-elect (Toto) is seen waving his hands while others clapped for her; from the photo, one could clearly note that Kenya Kwanza allied politicians acknowledges Toto's victory.
The dazzling photo of Toto, which comes at a time she has been a subject of discussion over a number of times especially due to the fact she contested with monied opponents but still managed to overthrow them in the just concluded General Elections, sparked mixed reactions from Kenyans having a section of Kenyans expressing hilarious opinions while others applauded Toto.
