The former cabinet secretary who served in the ministry of energy was redeployed by President William ruto to serve and his government as a special adviser on matters of security to his administration.

From the images shared by President William ruto on his official page the former CS was part of the delegation that consisted of the cabinet secretary in charge of Defence Aden Duale together with the cabinet secretary in charge of foreign affairs Mutua Alfred.
Her vast knowledge in issue security and military prompted the president to assign her a new role in his administration a role that she willingly took up to serve Kenyans.
