Has been on tose with the opposition leader Raila Odinga since he disgrace his power as a lawyer when he sworn Raial Odinga as the people's president that was 2017. The cause led him to be out of Kenya for all these years.

Since Raila Odinga disappointed Miguna, Miguna now doesn't want to hear a gain Baba to vie for president. According to him he sees Raila as a disappointer.

On Friday Siaya Governor James Orengo urged Kenyans to be hopeful that Azimio team leader Raila Odinga might become the president comes new generation election 2027.

“The people elected you in the party where you were because they wanted you in that party. If anything, there were UDA aspirants even in Rarieda whom the electorate could have voted for but they didn’t,” he said.

He urged leaders to respect the electorate and remain steadfast in their respective political vehicles.

“We will work with the government where necessary, cooperate but not go into submission... We will request humbly and when it comes, we take it with thanks,” he said.

According to Miguna sentiment he puts off the Governor Orengo fo saying bsuch words. That there is no way Raila could make it to presidency next election. His sentiment came as a result of Raila to forgive and to forget what is called president since his days are now getting older. And this might not be good for him even to last in presidency.
