Some ODM MPs have toned down attacks against deputy president William Ruto this despite Ruto and Raila rubbishing any possible alliance between them. They Ruto team have also toned down on fighting Raila Odinga probably after realizing he might not be their biggest enemy politically as their enemies are largely in jubilee party.
ODM MPs have also toned down attacks and fight on DP Ruto for the fact reason that president Uhuru Kenyatta has banned all forms of political gatherings. Posssibly going into 2022, ODM MPs might heavily discredit DP Ruto as a nobody as compared to Raila Odinga in the spirit of fighting to form the next government.
As they say however is that issues politics is an issue of wait and see as there are no enemies or friends in politics. Therefore probably as well the deputy president William Ruto and Raila Odinga might be having secret political arrangements to see on how they can work together going into the future.
This factors could inform why some ODM MPs have toned down attacks against DP Ruto statehouse bid ambitions especially fully aware they might join him incase Raila Odinga was betrayed. However time will tell of what really unfolds going into the future ahead of 2022 as teams are aligning up for the biggest political duel.
