As official countrywide campaigns are expected to end by tomorrow, Narok County UDA gubernatorial candidate Patrick Ole Ntutu has already culminated his exploits in style at his home town in Narok West constituency.
Addressing a mega rally in Naikarra Ward, Narok West in the company of outgoing governor Samuel Ole Tunai who is also a senate candidate, Ntutu offered his final submissions to locals urging them to turn up for the voting exercise in masses and ensue he prevails in the race pitting him against ODM's Moitalel Ole Kenta.
Ntutu who is making a second stab at the seat after the first one in 2017 flopped, has expressed confidence that this time, the gods are on his side.
In 2017, Ntutu who was then a one term MP for Narok West challenged incumbent govenor Samuel Tunai(Jubilee) using the Chama Cha Mashinani party ticket, but lost after garnering 93,628 votes against Samuel Tunai's 146,660 while ODM's Joseph Tiampati came last with 40,167 votes.
His loss saw him tapped by the jubilee administration in 2018 where he was appointed as chief administrative secretary in the ministry of interior and coordination of national government. He would later be transferred to the ministry of labour and social protection.
Today, the Roosevelt University, Chicago trained business administrator has joined forces with Tunai and enjoying his full support for the gubernatorial seat.
