Siaya County Governor James Orengo has left President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto publicly exposed as he revealed the following bitter truth to Kenyans. According to The Star Kenya, the vocal politician said that the youth for the Kenya African National Union party of 1992 commonly known as YK92 is now leading the country. President Ruto was a member of the YK92 which was used by the late president Mzee Daniel Toroitoch Arap Moi to carry out its dirty functions.
