Deputy President William Ruto's Speech in Machakos was halted for some minutes after his communication team angered him.
While addressing Machakos residents,the Deputy President found it hard to deliver his set manifestos after the public address system embarrassed him.
The public address system made a rather irritating sound which didn't go well with Dp Ruto.
"There's a problem with Public Address," Ruto said as he made an angry look at his communication team
The incident forced Dp Ruto to pause his address for the technical team to iron out the mess.
After some minutes,Ruto proceeded with his speech and outlined several problems affecting Machakos residents and how the UDA government will tackle it.
The second in Command promised Machakos residents completion of Thwake Dam and the issue of shortage of water will be solved once and for all.
Dp Ruto who was accompanied by his Machakos allies requested locals to join the UDA Party.
Ruto is in Machakos and is set to make several stopovers in a bid to outshine Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka in his backyard.
