As the 2022 general elections gains momentum different political leaders are looking for their running mate in order to cement their political bids and ambitions of succeeding President Uhuru Kenyatta who is retiring next year when his tenure ends next year ushering in new ruling.
DP Ruto has been working silently without mentioning his running mate ahead of the highly awaited polls. But today on 20th November 2021, The Standard newspaper has learned that DP Ruto is working closely with Garissa Township MP Hon Aden Duale and he may be his running next.
According to the media, Aden Duale has been loved and hated in equal measures during his tenure as leader of majority in the National Assembly.
This news will be a major setback for the ODM leader Raila Odinga because Aden Duale is a highly rated and Influential leader in terms of politics.
