At the passing out parade for new police officers at the Kenya Police Training College in Kiganjo, Nyeri County, on Tuesday, January 10, Ruto said: "No officer should use their own money to acquire police uniforms when the government has completely funded the purchase of police uniforms."
Just today, all police officers received good news from President William Ruto as he issued this order to be followed.
