Covid-19 pandemic has made life very much difficult for Kenyans since March last year.The job losses have seen over 740,000 Kenyans start life from nowhere.This has seen parents find it hard to sponsor their children in various levels of Education.Most of them have resorted to grants from different institutions of from politicians.
2022 general election is expected to be a difficult race between Raila Odinga and DP Ruto who are seen as the strongest contenders.Raila is riding on the support of President Kenyatta while DP Ruto is riding on the support of his allies and the hustlers whom he has had a good grip of at the grassroots.
IEBC has rolled out the mass voter registration today.This will take one full month.The exercise will end on 4th November.The Commission is not sure whether there will be another mass registration before the general election.It has hence urged the citizens to come out in large numbers to register.
South Mugirango residents have been ambushed by their MP's threat.Sylvanus Osoro has said that his Constituents without voters cards will miss the usual important bursaries.This now means that the young students who may want this grant must have the crucial voters card.The announcement comes at a time when each leader is determined to have his or her people register in mass.
