With time moving Zimbabwe president has congratulated DP William Ruto and and according to his message he said and I quote, "Congratulations to @WilliamsRuto on his election as the next President of Kenya. I have no doubt he will serve his country, his people and our continent with distinction of Kenyans and Zimbabwe.
" This man is a dictator here in Zimbabwe,he lost and rigged 2018 election,he was quick to endorse Ruto so that Ruto will be quick to endorse him in 2023 ,he is a Rapist,he is corrupt no one's loves him ,he uses iron fist to RULE.
