Reports from the three formed task forces received by Bungoma County boss

Bungoma governor Kenneth Lusaka has today received reports from three task forces he formed as his first executive order .The three task forces included the task force on human resources, pending bills and scholarships.

The task force on scholarships was chaired By Ferdinand Nabiswa and was expected to come up with exact numbers of beneficiaries, Qualification criteria , Budgetary allocations, actual fee balances for beneficiaries among other issues. 

The task force on human resources chaired by lawyer Amos Makokha was expected to come up with the exact numbers of staff and identification of casuals who won a court case against the county, confirm the exact numbers of county staff, total number of county staff, confirm the statutory deductions of county workers and their state of remittance among other things .

Similarly, the pending bills task force chaired by CPA Rashid Simiyu was supposed to come out with actual list of pending bills, record of the work done and description, obtain evidence of work done and goods delivered, physical verification among other things .

Speaking while receiving the reports Lusaka promised to unveil the reports next week. "The report is already with us and we assure you we will make it public next week," He said.

He added that the details of the report were shocking and will change the way things have been done in the county. "The report will streamline the way things should be done, we must correct and bring sanity to our county ," explained Lusaka.
