Kenyans on Twitter were taken aback after Women Rep Wangui Ngirici, a rival aspirant to Governor Waiguru in the 2022 Governoship race, shared a photo of the two at peace after receiving Deputy President William Ruto at Kianyaga ACK Church.
"I was glad when they said let's go to the house of the Lord," Ngirici posted.
The reaction from Kenyans were of mixed responses with other referring to the moment as showing maturity whereas others claimed that maybe they are being played.
Many have been speculating that perhaps Ngirici is on the verge of quitting UDA after Waiguru's arrival as shown by the recent critics she has been making against Governor Waiguru.
Below are some of the reactions from Kenyans;
@Ngala- Hapa Tunachezwa. Just the other day you raise complaints over Waiguru last minutes swipe.
@Richard- This is what it takes to be Wangui Ngirici, soldier on mam.
@msolomwa- This is the way to go, politics is not for the weak.
@theestan- keep your differences with Anne Waiguru aside for the prosperity of UDA.
