Kenyans Left Talking After A Police Officer Reveals What He Has Been Doing In Extra Hours At Bomas

Police personnel had to put up with long shifts and scant nourishment while working on election day and during the vote-counting process.

To make sure they were equipped to manage any threats to election security before, during, and after the elections, they started a training and sensitization program.

Vanpagal Mohamed Ahmed, one of the cops working during the election, posted on his social media accounts about feeling worn out and needing a break.

The cops told Linda Shiundu of that they had prepared since they were aware that the nation looked forward to them during the election.

The officer claims that despite how challenging and exhausting it has been, it has required a lot of devotion for them to work during the election time.

He claims that although food is provided, the demands of their work prevent them from eating properly, and occasionally they are compelled to eat while working.
