To make sure they were equipped to manage any threats to election security before, during, and after the elections, they started a training and sensitization program.
Vanpagal Mohamed Ahmed, one of the cops working during the election, posted on his social media accounts about feeling worn out and needing a break.
The officer claims that despite how challenging and exhausting it has been, it has required a lot of devotion for them to work during the election time.
He claims that although food is provided, the demands of their work prevent them from eating properly, and occasionally they are compelled to eat while working.
