The doubts and eyebrows raised against CJ Martha Koome after the JSC Commissioners choose her is still questionable. LSK president Nelson Havi had raised his concerns which were dismissed by CJ Martha Koome who even vowed to sue Nelson Havi.
Today CJ Martha Koome was left on crossroads as Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung'wah left this strong message for her. Kimani Ichung'wah congratulated her but demanded that, the CJ will only prove Kenyans that they were wrong if she brings light on the BBI issue. These demand will be a great dilemma for the new CJ since she will have to choose between saving the image of Judiciary or the Executive.
LSK president Nelson Havi Havi who is gearing up to enter politics louded Kimani Ichung'wah message and he said, "Kimani Ichingwa gives Lady Justice Martha Koome the choice to prove or disapprove concerns and questions raised against her, through her future actions as Chief Justice. Let us see." Nelson Havi to Koome.
