The deputy president William Samoei Ruto has fulfilled his pledge to support fallen Kalenjin secular artist Rhino Kaboom. The famous musician from the riftvalley was laid to rest yesterday at his home in Londiani. Kipkirui was killed in a road accident while riding a motorcycle.

Thousands of mourners showed up during his final send off.Majority of Kalenjin secular artists showed up in the funeral. This include the famous Kalenjin secular artist Michael Aaron Cheruiyot Alias Sweetstar. Most people had not expected Michael to show up. This is because unconfirmed news had been spread online linking Michael to the death of Harmon Kipkirui.

Most of the residents from the Riftvalley have been calling upon the Deputy president to help the family of the late Harmon Kipkirui. Many people wanted the Deputy president to attend the funeral . There were reports that the deputy president had not fulfilled his promises to the families of other artists who passed away in the recent past.

This is despite the fact that William Ruto promised to help them.Recent reports indicate that the family of the late Harmon Kipkirui have today received two hundred thousand from the deputy president. The money was not handed over to the family during the funeral due to fear of chaos. The money is expected to be handed over to Kipkirui's wife .
