The Deputy President has set camp in Bomet county, Rift valley where he went to sell his bottom up economic model as he asked the electorate to vote in the UDA brigade to take charge of government in August.
Dr. William Ruto was accompanied by top Bomet leaders including Wilson Sossion and energy CS Charles Keter. Kandara MP Alice Wahome did not manage to turn up for the event as she revealed that she was busy.
Wahome said that she was busy issuing bursaries in her constituency and therefore could not manage to join DP Ruto in Bomet. She asked anyone to bring her to speed on how the rally was.
"Been busy with bursary huku Kandara mashinani today. Someone bring me up to speed….how was Bomet, " Wahome said.
Wahome is among the powerful Mt. Kenya politicians vouching for the election of DP Ruto as the country's next president.
