The immediate security officer of Kesses legislator Dr Swarup Mishra, Joel Koech is dead.
His death was announced by his communication director Ayub Kosgei through his official Facebook page.
Through his official Facebook page "It is with profound shock and disbelief to announce the death of Joel Koech after a grisly accident yesternight. Joel was Hon Mishra immediate Security officer. Our heartfelt condolences to our team, friends and family at this trying times....MUTYO MISSING ...,"
The Kesses legislator who was elected in a Jubilee party ticket is serving his first term as Kesses legislator.
He will be defending his seat in an independent party ticket in the August polls.
He will be facing Julius Ruto of UDA.
