His by then campaign slogan "Yangu Kumi, ya Ruto kumi" has refused to expire from wananchi, from their strongholds more so in Central Kenya. Voters there know nothing but Yangu Kumi ya Ruto kumi, only that.
Common mwananchi bought this slogan and nobody will erase it from their minds. This is the main reason Ruto is beating president ten nill in his home ground and there is nothing president will do.
The same Raila Odinga declared 2017 general election as his last stab, calling it his final attempt, adding that that's the only bullet he remained with, this too nobody will erase from his strongholds minds, that's the reason why nobody is taking his 2022 ambitions serious. Nobody care whether he exist or not.
President Uhuru Kenyatta endorsed Ruto long time ago. Wananchi will unanimously vote Ruto 2022 but But all eyes will be on who the IEBC will declare the presidential elections winner. Who ever wins the 2022 Presidency will be decided by the people of Kenya
