
Senator Kiprotich Arap Cherargei has sent a message to Kawira Mwangaza over her impeachment case that is going to be heard by the senate.
In his statement, Cherargei mocked Kawira telling her to prepare her defense properly and the sideshows can't help her. According to the senator, the impeachment cases in courts cannot prevent Parliament from executing and solving the cases.
He further asked on the way forward after realizing the seriousness the MCA's displayed in county issues.

"Hii tufanyaje wadau naoan MCAs hawachezi na mtu !!. Senate has ruled before that courts cases on impeachment cannot prevent Senate from deliberating on the matter. Gov. Mwangaza just prepare your defence sideshows won't help you for now !. Impeachment is a political process !." Said Arap Cherargei.
The senate is expected to hold a special meeting next week to determine the way forward concerning Kawira Mwangaza's case, Kawira becomes first person to face impeachment under the new administration.
