Jalas who is on a mission to topple DP Ruto's friend, Langata MP, Nixon Kiprotich Korir, has talked about DP Ruto's bottom-up economy approach as one of the reasons why they are not reading from the same political script.
Jalas has said that the bottom-up approach being preached by DP Ruto is not a good model for poor Kenyans are hustling to make their life-ends meet.
According to Jalas, money is always at the top of the pyramid in Kenya, so he believes that the same should trickle down for hustling Kenyans to enjoy the fruits, and not what DP Ruto is saying, starting from the bottom going upward.
Jalas believes that DP Ruto's bottom-up model will make hustling Kenyans keep on working hard and even harder so that they sustain the upper deck of the pyramid.
The radio presenter also talked about DP Ruto promising laptops, which indicated he was into seeing a digital Kenya, only for him to return after ten years and offer a wheelbarrow, a stone-age tool.
For Jalas, DP Ruto did not keep the promises he made some years back when they formed the Jubilee government. It is good to note that the bottom-up economic model involves investing more resources at the foot of the pyramid, at the bottom or rather the base, where the company majority of people belong. The economy is then built going upwards after stabilizing the bottom.
