'I Recognize you as the President but I'll support Raila on Wednesday' Mt Kenya Politician Announces

Politicians have continued to support ODM leader Raila Odinga after he announced his plan to stage a major street protest.

Several leaders who disagree with Raila on key matters have indicated their support for the forthcoming mass demonstration.

Former Mukurweini Member of Parliament Kabando wa Kabando has stated that, despite recognizing Ruto as president, he will support the opposition camp at Wednesday's huge demonstration.

Kabando claimed that the President was disturbed by Raila's unrelenting efforts during his anti-Kenya Kwanza demonstrations.

Recently, the ODM leader hosted a large public forum in Kitale, Trans Nzoia.

The opposition leader appeared invigorated and eager to stage additional consultative rallies as he addressed his supporters.

He called for a nationwide protest to mobilize Kenyans against President Ruto's administration.

Several Azimio figures, including Raila's running mate in the last presidential election, Martha Karua, and Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka, who attended the ceremony, echoed these comments.

During the big demonstrations, a confrontation between police and protesters is anticipated. Protesters in Nairobi against the high cost of living were previously detained by the police.

Babu Owino, a representative from Embakasi East, stated that Ruto's administration has begun deploying police for arbitrary arrests.
