Ian Oparanya, a first class honour graduate from University of Bradford, United Kingdom, in economics who is also Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya's son has lit the internet yet again.
The Governor's son together with friends (believed to be senior government officials) walked into a luxurious hotel in Diani where they dined, swam and spent the better part of the day but eventually refused to pay a penny for all these services offered by the hotel. Our sources has it that the guy together with the team stormed out of the compound without paying a cent.
This has brought mixed reactions from kenyans online who rebuked and praised him on the same measure. Some terming it as an act of a goat while others say that it's a survival for the fittest.
This came rarely a week before the Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya lit the internet in what was believed to be a Photoshop of him with a beautiful lady unknown to many, while having a better time in a certain lounging. Which the governor has so far denied.
