What's Cooking? Speculation Rife as Kalonzo Visits South Sudan State House For High Profile Meeting

The political temperatures in the country are fast shifting in the country as preparations for the next year's general election continues.

Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka is one of the politicians who are keen on succeeding President Uhuru who will be retiring in 2022 after serving two terms as head of State.

Kalonzo on Thursday afternoon, 9th December 2021, visited South Sudan State House for a high profile meeting, raising speculations of what could be cooking amid the intensed political climate.

Kalonzo was welcomed by South Sudan's Minister for presidential affairs to the State House in Juba as he headed for a high profile meeting with President Salva Kiir.

"I was welcomed by Amb. Barnaba Marial Benjamin, South Sudan's Minister for Presidential Affairs to the State House, Juba, for talks with H.E. President Salva Kirr on the peace process in South Sudan," Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka said.
