DP Ruto took campaigns to Meru county where he was on a mission to completely finish Raila. During the rally, DP Ruto incited the people of Meru to tell Raila to go home. The people started shouting " Kitendawili Bye Bye" as DP Ruto reiterated saying, " Mmesema Kitendawili Bye Bye?" as the people responded in large voices saying " Ndioo ".
This was one of the quite exciting moments for DP Ruto's visit in the Mt. Kenya region. DP Ruto continues to enjoy massive support from this region where he remains unchallenged by his competitor. Ruto went ahead and reminded the people of Meru that in his manifesto, he has put aside Ksh100 billion to create jobs for young people.
He said that many people in the country are unemployed and this has created a lot of confusion. He assured them that once he takes over the top seat, he will give them a reason to smile.
