Homa town mp George Peter Kaluma has alleged that the Mt Kenya region is lost since it is divided. In his tweet honourable George stated that the other regions in Kenya are organized and have some unit in them.
"Rift valley has a leader, Easter, North Eastern, Coast, Western, Nyanza and Nairobi all have leader(s). Mount Kenya region is lost..." Kaluma tweeted.
According to Honourable Kiharu, the Mt Kenya leaders, they agreed go take Justin Muturi as the area leader who was going to speak in charge of the people
“When President Kenyatta invited us to Sagana to discuss BBI, we made a declaration that he will remain the region’s spokesperson during and after his term,” Kiharu MP Peter Kimari stated.
Currently some of the Mt Kenya leaders have taken different parts since some of them have joined Jubilee while others shifted to William Ruto's camp that is United Democratic Alliance. Both this leaders are trying to rally and get support in the region
