The former Prime Minister and Orange Democratic movement chief Raila Odinga have been coaxing the Mount Kenya people to back him in the 2022 presidential elections as he seek to make his presidential dream come true 2022. Raila Odinga and his team have conducted several campaigns in the region.
To vivify his Presidential ambitions, the Njuri Njeke elders want him to appoint Peter Munya as his running mate. Peter Munya is the current cabinet secretary for the Kenya's Agriculture Ministry. His political track record is well traced. For example, he served as the first governor of Meru county and as the second chairman of the council of governors. He was until his appointment as the cabinet secretary, the secretary general of people's National Union. He will therefore keep the interests of the mount Kenya people and hence Raila's win.
The Mount Kenya leaders have reiterated that they will listen to the person who respects their interests and support him in the 2022 Presidential elections.
What's your opinion on Njuri Ncheke's opinion?
