Machakos governor Dr. Alfred Mutua queued while casting his vote at Mathatani primary school in Machakos county.



" I waited in line at Mathatani primary school in Machakos county as I have always done and eventually voted" said governor Alfred Mutua.

The Maendeleo Chapchap party leader said that the turnout at his home polling station is impressive and urged all Kenyans to patiently vote.
" The turnout is impressive. Everything is calm and Wananchi are patient and happy" added governor Alfred Mutua.
Mr. Mutua added that the Kiems Kits at the polling station are functioning well. He urged his supporters to come out and cast their votes.
" The Kiems Kits are functioning. Please come out and cast your votes" said Alfred Mutua.
Governor Mutua joined the list of other senior Kenya Kwanza Alliance principals who have already casted their votes. They include; ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi, FORD Kenya party leader senator Moses Wetangula, UDA presidential candidate William Ruto and his running mate Rigathi Gachagua.
