Hon Kibe, Member of Parliament for Gatundu North, has finally sent clear signals and indications that her heart may be in the camp of Deputy President Wiliam Ruto, and that it is only a matter of time before she follows in the footsteps of her predecessors such as Anne Waiguru and Wamuchumba.
In an interview with People's Daily, the outspoken Kieleweke MP admitted that the Mt Kenya ground had now shifted from President Uhuru Kenyatta to Deputy President William Ruto ahead of the upcoming 2022 general election.
"While I was away, I was properly updated and briefed by my friends, and it was decided that the ground is Ruto and the President is Raila," she said.
Kibe, a first-time MP, vowed to continue supporting Odinga's Azimio La Umoja initiative, which entails consultative peacekeeping forums aimed at uniting Kenyans across political lines.
When asked why Raila will win in 2022, the Kieleweke MP admitted that only a fool can ignore and assume the presence of deep State.
