Raila Amollo Odinga and His Excellency William Samoei Ruto are the only persons who are popular and can be seen as kings of politics, according to Nominated MP Osostsi.
The nominated MP said today on K24 that people in Western Kenya only know Ruto and Raila as the persons who can take the country to the top government position.
“Whatever is happening in western Kenya is very unfortunate, we have so many formations and as it is we know there are two horses in the 2022 elections, Ruto and Raila Odinga. Our leaders need to be wise and decide what is good for our people." Osotsi said while speaking at K24.
He didn't mention the western kingpin, Musalia Mudavadi, who is well-known.
When asked about Mudavadi, he responded that no one believes in him anymore and that people should vote for the two leaders.
He stated that if the West needs to be in government, it should do so through other political posts rather than the presidency.
“It is no longer fashionable to be a presidential candidate. As western Kenya we have been out of government for 10 years and that has affected our economy. We need to be in the next Government and it does not need to be as a President." He added
