Noordean Khagai Now Speaks On When Ruto's Government Will Be Judged, Says He Has Plan

President-elect William Ruto's administration is the administration many Kenyans are waiting to see how it will perform after they promised numerous things to deliver to Kenyans.

Noordean Khagai has now said that William Samoei Ruto's government will be judged the moment he will appoints his cabinet.

Noordean said that the implementation of his plans will depend on his appointment of the cabinet secretaries.

"President William Ruto's administration will be judged from the moment he appoints his cabinet. He has a plan but on his implementation of that plan depend on his appointments," Noordean Khagai said.

William Ruto yesterday while attending a church service in Maua, Meru County, said that he has held talks with Agriculture CS and he is yet to announce new prices of fertilizers and Unga.

Ruto will be sworn in tomorrow to officially become the head of state.
