Cate Waruguru, the women representative for Laikipia county has opened up for the first time since losing UDA nominations for which she termed as irregularity and dishonesty marred.
While speaking during a Live interview at KTN News, she says that after losing the nominations, she spoke with her party leader, Dr. William Ruto and told him about the situation of the nominations.
Ruto later on assured him that he will receive the party's support even after elections and will be nominated back to the parliament. She added saying that she will be the first person to be assured of the parliamentary position moments even before those who are contesting right now are assured.
"The most important thing is that I will be in the 13th Parliament. I will be sworn in even before those who are contesting arrive. There are many ways to get to Parliament,” Waruguru stated during the interview.
