Deputy President William Ruto was supposed to attend the last day Devolution conference that took place in Makueni County yesterday but he did not attend the conference. According to report emerging the second in command of the republic of Kenya William Ruto sends his chief of Staff to preside over the devolution conference but was chase away from the conference.
Remember that the second in command of the republic of Kenya William Ruto is in record alleging that a section of cabinet secretaries took his job away from him which raise eyebrows across the country. Does that mean that Devolution conference that took place in Makueni County was not part of his responsibility?
From the look of things deputy president William Ruto is no longer available for anything that will not favour his 2022 presidential ambition. In my opinion deputy president William Ruto is a man to watch come 2022 presidential race.
