Deputy e President William Ruto and Azimio La Umoja One Kenya candidates for President Raila Odinga of the Kenyan coalition, are involved in fierce competition to replace President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Kenya Kwanza Camp in today gathered Meru County to announce the route of the presidential candidate. They stopped several times at the Rubili Shopping Center in South Imenti, Kitilne Town in Central Imenti, the Kaguma Commercial Center in Central Imenti, and Chugu in North Imenti.
While talking to the inhabitants, Kindiki revealed that he was the one who tore a piece of paper containing Uhuru's consent to transfer power to Laila. He added that when they lost hope of winning the 2017 elections, they made a tireless effort for Uhuru.
Gachagua urged the inhabitants not to be fooled by Uhuru and Raila, who dragged them behind the high cost of living. He urged residents to vote for UDA candidate Mintika Rinturi and Route, who promised to reduce fertilizer costs.
