In order to prepare for the general elections in 2027, President William Ruto today asked Hon. Raila Odinga, the leader of the Orange Democratic Movement party, if it is now obvious that voters are giving up on the contentious race.
When handing over Eliud Owalo to the populace, for instance, the head of state pleaded with Raila to have faith in him at least for the region, saying his government would not try to treat the area unfairly even though it did not receive many votes. Ruto also inquired as to whether the people in attendance felt secure in the vicinity.
This head of state has started a variety of projects in this area.
