In a photo shared in his official social media account, the former Vice President is seen happily receiving a watermelon from Alex Mathenge.
Kalonzo said he was meeting with the artists to see a way they can collaborate to improve the industry that creates employment to youths especially at this unprecedented times of the pandemic.
"I believe artists represent society by showing our humorous side of life.Duringhis lockdown just like all industries they have been affected yet they continue to bring joy and laughter to our homes." He said.
Kalonzo has also created a short video with the popular comedian Crazy Kennar which has left Kenyans talking. Kenyan's has said the video depicts the real political character of the wiper party leader.
