Raila Odinga, the leader of the Orange Democratic Movement, and his running mate, Hon. Martha Karua, were met with a raucous welcome by the locals today, but they were blocked from leaving by the jubilant crowd in DP Ruto's Turf.
In an effort to increase the size of his Maa voter base, the former prime minister Raila Odinga and his entire brigade have relocated their campaigns to Narok County.
Under his Azimio la Umoja clarion appeal, the ODM leader has been a consistent proponent of peace and unity, urging every Kenyan to feel at ease in their homes and places of employment.In addition to the governor of Kajiado County Joseph Ole Lenku, the senator for Narok County Ledama Ole Kina, the MP for Narok North Moitalel Ole Kenta, and other local authorities, he will be welcomed in the county by representatives of the Maa community, led by the CS for Environment Keriako Tobiko.
