The Former Prime Minister and Orange Democratic Movement ODM party leader on Wednesday 6, March 2021 was on a live radio interview at his Karen residence. While live on Emoo FM, one of the Kalenjin radio stations hosted by the veteran radio presenter Joshua arap Sang', Raila Odinga liberated on various issues concerning the people of the Republic of Kenya.
He emphasized on the need of the BBI bill since it would enable the increase on the funds allocated to the County Governments from the National Government. Raila also outlined various achievements witnessed in the country while he was the Minister for Roads and PM in the NARC Government.
Towards the end of his interview, Raila was asked tosay about the DP William Ruto's 'Hustler' slogan. According to him and with reference to the English Dictionary, Raila says that the term hustler refers to someone whose integrity is not clear and is mostly suspected being a corrupt leader.
DP Ruto's Hustler slogan has greatly earned him credits from Kenyans especially at the bottom of the economic pyramid. The slogan has been criticized by his opponents whereby Ruto is claimed to be politically blackmailing Kenyans for his own benefits.
