Havi has this evening debunked claims by the standard media group that LSK has affirmed its support to the incoming chief justice Martha Koome.
"LSK has not made any such statement, this is fake news" stated Havi as he quoted a tweet that had been shared by the standard media group.
However, Kenyans on Twitter have compelled Havi to state the official LSK position instead of making the society look like his personal property.
According to the Standard group article that was shared earlier today, the editor claimed that that the LSK had expressed confidence in the leadership of CJ Martha Koome who will prioritise among other things the digitisation of Judicial operations.
The rate of disinformation on social media and mainstream media has been an issue of concern to Kenyans.
