Anne Waiguru was addressing Kirinyaga residents on Wednesday where she asked the residents on which party do they want him to contest from come 2022, the residents replied while chanting in one voice that the party should be United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party.
"Mlisikia nikisema nitasikiza watu wa Kirinyaga, na nitafanya vile watu Kirinyanga watasema, mimi nauliza juu nimesikia mtaniridisha, mnataka nikuje na chama gani hapa Kirinyaga," Anne Waiguru asked.
While the residents were replying to her question, they told her to contest under the UDA ticket.
This is good news to DP Ruto as this means United Democratic Alliance party resonates well with Kirinyaga residents, hence high chances that they will vote for him.
