The appointment of Kiragu Kihara as the new Embu County Commissioner after being transferred from Uasin Gishu County has now been rejected by newly sworn-in Embu Governor Cecily Mbarire.
Eight county commissioners were transferred to new stations as a result of a circular issued by the president's office in a letter dated August 23
However, Mbarire has now rejected the transfer of Uasin Gishu County Commissioner to Embu while alleging that Embu was not a dumping site for bad leaders
Mbarire alleges that Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi and Karanja Kibicho used the commissioner to create fear,division and tribal animosity in Uasin Gishu during campaigns.
Mbarire now directs the Commissioner to go and work somewhere else while telling the president of our republic of Kenya, Kenya's reaction to the president's delay in handing over powers to the president-elected by the latest election done on August 9th.
