Herman Manyora has given his remarks concerning the deaths of independent electoral and boundaries commission officials who have been killed during the past general elections.
The political analyst stated that it is very unfortunate that in every general elections an IEBC official has to be killed.He recalled the death of Msando in 2017 and the most recent the death of the Embakasi East returning officer.
Herman Manyora stated that human beings blood is very sacred and anyone who has ever killed someone he is never normal."You can never kill and be normal,"said Herman Manyora.Manyora stated that it should not be the case that incase anyone mishandles the election results ends up being killed.He added that it should not be the case that if someone is turning a way of a politician winning an election they must die.
Manyora stated that however bad an election is run,we should not think of losing life to those who have taken part in the election.He added that people should stop wanting so much power that causes them to kill.
