We are in a political season since we are only counting some months to the much awaited general elections that will be conducted next year. A lot of activities have been taking place in the political arena. For example we have been witnessing politicians, even popular ones shifting loyalty from one party to another.
ODM just like any other party has been receiving a fair share of defectors from other political folds. Today, the Odinga-led party has won big after welcoming two popular leaders from North Eastern Region. One is the Chief Administrative Secretary Ministry of Education, Hassan Noor Hassan and Halakhe Waqo who is the former CEO of EACC.
The leaders were flanked by some residents from their region and were officially welcomed at the Party Headquarters by Hon Raila Odinga and the Director of Campaigns and Elections at the Party, Hon Junet Mohammed (MP Suna East).

It is worth noting that CAS Noor is eying the Mandera gubernatorial seat in 2022 elections.
