The governor for Kitui County, Hon. Charity Ngilu today toured Mwingi East in Kitui County where she issued 1866 tittle deeds. According to the governor, this is part of the ten thousand tittle deeds that she is set to deliver this year.
Charity Ngilu said, "Today am delighted to deliver 1,866 title deeds to the people of Nzalae area, Migwani in Mwingi west. This is part of the 10,000 already adjudicated titles am delivering this year. This is real, tangible and quantifiable wealth creation. We have continually kept the promises we make to our people."
Charity Ngilu Announcement comes a time when Kenyans are awaiting for August 9th general elections to chose new leaders. Ngilu is supporting Raila Odinga's presidential bid under Azimio la Umoja.
