Opposition leader Hon. Raila Odinga has now launched a scathing attack to president William Ruto and his government following the high cost of living in Kenya. During his mass rallies at Kamukunji grounds, Raila Odinga demanded President William Ruto to lower the cost of living by next year January otherwise, they will organize for demonstrations.

Raila Odinga thus demanded return of unga and fuel subsidies as this will greatly help in lowering the cost of living. He added that school fees and electricity should also be reduced so that every Kenyan can be in a position to educate his or her child and access to electricity.

Raila Odinga and his Azimio la Umoja team are now pressuring president William Ruto to fulfil all the promises he promised Kenyans during campaigns. Azimio are decrying that the high cost of living is as a result of removal of fuel and unga subsidies.
